Heavy Equipment Truck/Transport Technicians

Skilled Journeyman (M/F) Technicians or 3rd or 4th Year Apprentices looking for a great opportunity are encouraged to apply.

In our shop, your skills will be valued and enhanced as you:

• Interpret work orders and technical manuals
• Diagnose sources of any faults and malfunctions
• Perform repairs or replacement of defective parts, components, or systems with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required
• Inspect and test vehicles for proper performance to ensure completed work meets manufacturer’s specifications and legislated regulations
• Support and complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks

Parts Technician

A Parts Technician is required for our busy, fast-paced Parts Department. Skilled Journeyman Technicians or Apprentices looking for a great opportunity are encouraged to apply. Reporting directly to the V.P. Parts, as a member of our team your skills will be valued and enhanced as you:

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers on daily basis to maximize customer satisfaction
• Utilize available information to accurately determine correct parts for customers’ needs
• Sell supplies and parts and suggests additional products to customers
• Pick customer orders
• Accurately bill all parts supplied to customers
• Source parts locally for customers’ immediate needs when not available from shelf stock
• Calling and arranging for pickup of orders received
• Maintaining all Parts bins and other Parts areas in neat and orderly fashion
• Complying with Transportation of Dangerous Goods legislation and company Safety Policy and Procedures
• Operating forklift, hand trucks, or other materials-handling equipment
• Operating pickup delivery truck as required
